Terms

Adia Solutions · last updated 17 October 2026

These terms cover the use of this website. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Who we are

Zaakir Adia trades as Adia Solutions, based in London, United Kingdom, reachable at zaakir.adia@adiasolutions.io.

What this site is

It describes what we do and invites you to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or advice you should act on without speaking to us. Figures, examples and timescales shown here illustrate what the work involves; they are not a promise about what your business would get.

Where figures belong to a named client, they are that client's measured numbers and are labelled as such. Where a demonstration runs on invented data, it says so on the demonstration itself.

Booking a call

Booking a call costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. It is a conversation about whether there is work worth doing.

Paid work

Any engagement, whether an audit, a build, training or support, is set out in a written agreement before it starts. That agreement covers scope, price, payment terms, timescales, who owns what, confidentiality, data protection and how either side ends it. This page does not replace it and does not vary it.

Unless that agreement says otherwise:

Using this site properly

Please do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful. The text, images, layout and code are ours unless stated otherwise; you are welcome to read, link to and quote them with attribution, but not to republish them as your own.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is there or what they do with your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the agreement for that work.

Privacy

What we do with personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. How we approach outreach email is set out in our Anti-Spam Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The version in force is the one published here when you used the site.
